1. Event Cancellation by Reforma Events

In the rare event that Reforma Events must cancel an event, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. Reforma Events is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

2. Attendee Cancellation

Attendees who wish to cancel their registration must notify Reforma Events in writing via email at [your email address] at least [number of days] days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund minus a [percentage]% processing fee.

3. No-Show Policy

Attendees who do not attend the event without prior notification (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund.
